First Call for Help (FCFH), a program of Tiffin-Seneca United Way, provides direct information and referral services to the residents of Tiffin and Seneca County.

Knowing where to turn when you need help is crucial. The main objective of First Call for Help is to guide people to the appropriate services where they can find the help they need.

FCFH also administers several financial assistance programs:

• Heating utilities 
• Water
• Rent assistance
• School Supplies for needy children
• Holiday help for teenagers - Christmas Corner
• Help for low income senior citizens
• Health insurance assistance for the unemployed - Community Cares
• and others

FCFH promotes volunteerism through Volunteer-Link, Day of Caring and Seneca County Citizen Corps' Volunteer Reception Center.
