“Transportation is for everyone!”

Seneca County Agency Transportation (SCAT) began in the early 1990’s as a nonprofit transportation service to address the need for public transportation in Seneca County.

SCAT has a fleet of 14 cars, vans and busses that travel over 28,000 miles in a typical month. During the first three months of 2006, SCAT served over 1,000 riders who ranged in age from 2 months to 80 years.

Every year SCAT sponsors an annual Twelve Days of Christmas Raffle. Prizes include cash and items donated by local businesses and restaurants. Tickets for The Twelve Days of Christmas Raffle go on sale the first of November every year.

SCAT is always looking for people to fill volunteer and paid positions within the organization. Interested persons should contact SCAT Executive Director Linda Good.
